I'd hand Esteban a copy of "How To Win Friends and Influence People." Esteban Gutierrez - Haas issues making me look very bad You don't see Lewis or Vettel bashing their teams and mechanics...and they actually have a lot to lose. Esteban is somewhat of an "also ran" with no real chance at anything yet feels he's just there to drive and when things go wrong... Point the finger and cast blame. A lot of proof here that there's more to a champion than driving skill. There's a little thing called character.
Steiner not so worried. I think I'd rather hear a frustrated competitor instead of the usual "we're working very hard, and I know the team will come through, we're in it together, blah blah blah" Here's what he had to say: "Steiner hopes the team can find a remedy overnight but admits Gutierrez's car seems to be plagued by issues."
