FFCobra, I second what ernie said. I looked at your car on the ads and thought to myself "Now THAT is the perfect car". The color is not as desireable, so it might hurt resale, but with the work you have done, it cannot be touched. Unfortunately, I don't have that level of disposable income to be able to afford such a car. Believe me, I just ran the numbers and there's just no way. If there was, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. I'm looking for my first FCar and that would be a heck of a way to start. Seriously, I know you have garage space issues, but if the $$$ aren't that important to you (which obviously they arent with a garage stuffed liked yours is), I'd say keep it. THATS a BEAUTIFUL car. PS, how's the weather down south, I miss the southern atmosphere. I'm from Alabama originally, WAR EAGLE! James in Denver
I am looking for a 355 right now and i live right doen the road from you in Smryna. I am thinking of buying the red/tan spyder they have at FOA but its about 30k more than your car. I might be able to be ok with black at this price as it looks like you have really taken care of this puppy. Would you be available this sunday to take a close look at the car? I will be at emory all day Saturday but am free saturday night and sunday morning. I'd be a cash buyer, nice and easy. Let me know
After further review i definitely want to look at this car. Like i said i am maybe 30-40 minutes from you. This could be a very easy sale. call me at 404-427-6993 when you free up. My wife is set on red but lets see black in person, i have a feeling your car is very nice and may fit the bill
The Red Tan 355 Spider at FOA is my car which has only got 20000 miles so it cant have 30K more than his car?
I meant 30k more dollars. I LOVE you car in fact i sent you a PM earlier. That is the exact 355 i want but i am not sure to be honest if that it is my budget (the car is but maintenance would push it). This car gives me more breathing room but i also know i am compromising although it is stunning as well. I'm glad you guys are both local because i'd like to get one of these in my driveway by the end of the month
Thanks for the follow up you are right but the Brembo/Tubi Headers /Hyperflows/Tubi Exhaust/Challange Grille /HRE Wheels make the car at a level other than the service that says you dont have to do anything to it ultimately you get what you pay for.
I'll call you tomorrow. Saturday night is a big exotic car get together, so I will be at that event with my new car. If you buy it Saturday, you can drive it over to Giovannti's and have dinner with a bunch of other Ferrari guys. - Bill
Robert I bought my 355 in a similar way from a Fchatter over 3 years ago. I also bought my 456 on this board aswell. I dont know Cobra at all but if I was looking for my 355 now, his is the car I would buy. With the detailed work that has been done to it and the obvious care he has taken with the car, you really cannot go wrong here. Good luck.
Hi, Thanks for the call today You car is awesome and i'd be honored to own it but any time i have made a compromise in life on a big decision i have regretted it. I am going to hold out for a Red Spyder. I can't afford the one at FOA yet so my search / wait continues.
