Am I the only one who hates the side mirrors? I would love to see wing mirrors, ala Challenge Stradale.

Nobody wants more power from a proper Ferrari motor? I wonder how the 458 would work with the 12 cyl engine from the 599? Drop it in there with some light weight materials to offset the resulting weight difference.

Better rear vents ala 430, or drop the gaps in the hood near the headlights...or quad tailights.

Also, REALLY hoping interior carbon and alcantara options will be plentiful.

but I am also afraid that this steering wheel full of buttons and switches will be a nightmare in everyday driving:what works on a track, where the wheel remains quite close to its central position, may turn into a mess in a other circumstances (see the 911's gear shift buttons)

Someone else said the mirrors were done as a requirement of 'EU' standards.

There is one panel joint that bothers me. It's where the plastic bumper meets the metal fender. To me, it's too high up and to disjointed with the design.

I'm sure it's done for some engineering purpose. Most likely, its because of crash testing or some manufacturing issue. But, I think it spoils the shape and lines of the fender too much.

I'm not crazy about the fold in the center of the hood also. I think they could have eliminated it. But, that would make 2 things, wouldn't it?
