    Great question!

Tough choice. My first thought was that I would either pick:
    a) Stirling Moss, LeMans 1957, because I never really got to watch him race and one of my favorite Le Mans race cars is the Maserati 450 in coupe form.

    or

    b) Michael Schumacher, Monaco, 2001, Michael wins the race and becomes World Champion, his last Monaco win.

hmmmm, I think I will pick Le Mans 1957, Stirling Moss.

I'm thinking 1966-68, one of those years, any GP circuit, but I can't decide if it would be with Jack Brabham, Colin Chapman, or Dan Gurney.

I would have said Donohue in 1970-71, but that was accomplished.

When I posed this question, I was thinking folks might like to hang with a chief engineer or team principal, to see what they are thinking about overall, changes to make in the design, etc.

Paul Rosche in trying to get the BMW Turbo to stay in one piece in 1982 maybe, or trying to get the Alfa Fan car to work in 1978 was it ? Or with Jim Hall and the Chapparrel project in about 1967-78 would have been interesting.

Ferrari, Monza 2000, Michael Schumacher. That was the race that he beat Ayrton Senna's record for victories, and everyone probably remembers how he behaved in the conference room afterwards. I think that would have been unbelievable to be there with him and the Tifosi thundering and roaring in glorious excitement and triumph.

    Hello,
Saw Senna in Detroit one year. He was the nicest fellow. Totally upbeat before the race(suprised me a bit). Any Brazilian GP with him would be great.

well, i have tonnes..but the best would maybe be Austria 2003 with MS. that fiery victory he had...as well as the Sepang 2001. he and rubens did a 1-2 after flying off the track in the early part of the race.

    My sentiments exactly.

I'd take any year between 1964 and 1977 - but prefer 66 - 68, but I don't think i'd hang with a driver, well, unless he was a babe magnet and I could get what he turned down.
