Seven Ferraris in Sudbury. Not too shabby considering our population of 170,000. Two Testarossas, one Mondial, two 328's and two 308's. There was eight until mine had a minor engine bonfire back in October and it went off to another F-chatter after a TLC session at Brett's shop in Alliston. Still waiting for the right replacement to come along and take its place in my shop. Cheers-Colin Firth-Ontario Canada
Wow Colin, I didn't know Sudbury's population was only 170K. I lived there as a kid, up by Lake Ramsey...
spotted 2 different DBS', black continental GT, black phantom, etc. over the past few days and a beautiful silver carrera GT today around lunch time. All in downtown Oakville.
Hello Colin !! Hope your search for that perfect 328 comes through as a winner. Here's a shot of your previous 308 with new 16" wheels that I've added. She still runs perfect ! cheers, Larry Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ahh Larry. My old mount looks fine with those 16 inch shoes. This one was a sweet ride that was loved by previous owners and I put 10,000 problem-free miles (not KM's) on it last summer. Glad it has found a nice comfortable stable with an enthusiastic owner. Any action on your carbed 308? RT/Enthusiast. Nice to hear from a Sudbury alumni. Ramsey Lake is the largest lake completely inside a city's boundaries and it is fantastic with decent fishing, relaxing boating and incredible swimming. FYI, in Greater Sudbury we have nearly 300 lakes nestled in amongst the bedrock which is one of the richest ore bodies in the world. Most people have an incorrect perception of Sudbury as an old mining town but our profile is one of a thriving community that has come a long way over the decades. Now if we could just get Vale Inco and the striking Steelworkers back to the negotiating table so I can breathe a little easier with my business and open up my wallet to pick up another 308/328. Oh well, I guess I will have to be patient and just crack open a cold one down at the beach Cheers-Colin Firth-Ontario Canada
