There are a few other car events going on around Atlanta this weekend:

Friday:
Zaxby's, Brownsville Road, Powder Springs, 6 PM to ???

Saturday:
Grove Level Baptist Church, Cleveland Hwy, Dalton, 8 AM to 4 PM (Register by 12 PM, $20).

Ryan's Steak House, Keith Drive, Canton, 9 AM to 5 PM ($10, and entrants get free lunch).

Wills Park Equestrian Center, Wills Park, Alpharetta, 10 AM to 5 PM (Register by 12 PM, $25).

Sonic Drive-In, Pace Inlet, Hiram, 6 PM to ??? (Free, and entrants get a free burger).

 

I have no idea what might show up, but it's a "cruise-in" so it will be almost strictly American iron. Usually at eateries, people who bring neat cars get some sort of food discount. If I show up, I can almost guarantee 100% that mine will be the only F-car there.......(But it would blow peoples' minds if half-a-dozen arrived!)

Incidentally, this is a regular event; the listing I have shows it happening on the first, third and fifth Friday evening of every month.

To get there, take I-20 exit 44, go west on Thornton Road (which becomes US-278) for about 9 miles; turn left on Brownsville and the Zaxby's should be close by.
