    Need a source to obtain a duplicate ignition key for a 328 (86). My key is hinged as a safety feature (my thought).

    It's supposed to be hinged. That key is NLA from Ferrari. PM user Sigmacars here. He makes a duplicate.

    Not sure if he offers folding keys, but one of the FChat members sells key blanks on eBay (user obertro in Holland, Michigan).

    I have bought several, and he is a pleasure to work with. You just send him photos of your front and reverse, and he matches the profile to a usable replacement. He has blanks for ignition, doors, and access lock-outs (glove box, trunk, hood latches).
