    I have a 2001 Lamborghini Diablo, USA model. Whenever I want to start the car, I must first press the FOB button which turns the immobilizer off. Then turn the key and start the car. I assume owners with this car model must do the same?

    The reason I ask is I came across a procedure that apparently turns the immobilizer off when the car is unlocked, therefore, it is not necessary to press the FOB button before starting the car. I have attached the one-page writeup. Has any owner of this car model tried this procedure, or is aware of it?
