I'm a Winner!!

I think I may have succeeded in one of ny life long aspirations-finding the special banner. Yaaaaaa!!! Congratualtions to me. I feel kind of stupid about posting a whole thread about this, but i'm bored and in my hotel room and have nothing better to do while my house gets torn to peices. Anyway is this a special banner:
