    Hi Guys!

    I've been lurking about for a while now, i thought it was time to come out and play!

    I've just ordered the new Capristo system for my 355. The claim it adds an extra 20hp!

    I'm going to be the first in the UK to give it a blast! Slightly scared but massively excited!

    Has anyone on here had one fitted yet?

    I LOVE the Capritso on the 355. Sounds bloody marvelous!! :):)

    Are you going to do before and after dyno runs to see if the 20HP claim is for real or not? ;);)

    I bolted on an XOST to my 348 and made over 18HP at the wheels. :):)

    gothspeed measured 8 Hp increase, so u might want to downgrade your expectations. Also, you might want to hold whoever told you that's feet to the fire to prove the increase. Now that I think of it, that was after the cat upgrade, so he doesn't have a baseline totally stock.

    I fitted a Capristo to my F355 back in 2005 and yes it made a little difference but mainly the sound is unbelievable! You wont' be the first in the UK as there are lots of 355's fitted with Capristo's in the UK.

    8 10 or 20 , who cares The sound is as close to a F-1 sound as you can get. I do have level 2 on my 355 hit the switch and screaming. You will love it!!

    Quick note:

    The 8.25hp gain was measured using the standard capristo vs stock.......... I think the y-pipe delete version will be significantly more..... :). The "y-pipe delete version" is the one the OP is getting right??

    Yeah it's the new system which doesn't use the Y pipe.

    That is a nice system and certain to sound great... ;). I do think because the bypass tubes are 'straight through' with minimum bends, it should definately make more HP that the standard capristo :D. Its downside IMO is its a tad pricey... :eek:.

    I have a Capristo2 and hyperflows installed on my 348. The F1 scream is seriously addictive.
