I'm down to 2 strands!!!

I need some help. My window was moving strangely recently. It needed help going up and down. I would always open my door to give the least amount of resistance. But it just kept getting worse and worse.

So today, I got into the door and noticed the cable at the motor was all a mess. I unbolted the motor from the door and proceeded to straighten out the cable. I then noticed that some of the strands were snapped. I found the section of cable that was damaged and there are only 2 strands left!

Is the cable replaceable? Or at least the section that the cable is attached to? Or do I have to get a whole new motor?

I still tried to wind the cable nicely but had a very difficult time keeping the tension on the cable while threading the cable around the various pulleys. Any tips on this process?
