    Yay, thanks Tillman for showing me this one,

    '76 X1/9, 1300, 4 speed, yellow, brown interior, 116K miles. Car is straight
    with only a little rust behind each wheel well. Car was running when parked
    about 5 years ago. I had done some minor work on it shortly before it was
    parked and drove it enough to verify it had a strong motor and good
    transmission. Car is complete but needs struts. Tires are dry rotted. $100


    Is this a good one to get? does it really need fixing?

    that sounds like on of Steve Hoelscher's old cars. he was DSP champion in an X1/9 for 4 years and knows his stuff, he plays brilliant tech and car-setup support to X nuts across the world.
