I'm new with a few questions

Hello, my name is Bill and I have been a lurker here for a couple years, although this is my first post.

I am a Junior in college at Ferris State (in michigan) and I am majoring in automotive management. My passion is cars and I have worked in an independent repair shop for the last couple years. For school, we have a project that requires us to interview a service manager at a dealership. I have picked Ferrari as the company to research.

Luckily, Cauley is located 4 miles from my house and I will hopefully be able to talk to someone there, however, I would also be interested in talking to several dealerships. I am also looking into calling someone at Lakeside Sports Cars in Chicago. I was wondering if there was someone you guys could recommend for me to contact over there. My interview will largely cover warranty claims.

Also, my dream is to work at a Ferrari dealership someday, so this is the main reason I am pursuing Ferrari dealerships for this project. I am more than willing to make the 5 hour drive to Chicago to talk to someone.
