    I watched this video on YouTube the other day and noticed something weird to me about the car. It can just be a misunderstanding by me but I would like to see if you guys pick up on it.

    I'll post later what I thought was contradictory about the ad. Let me know what you think.

    Ok I will play the game!!!

    Play the video in 1080p (very nice), it defaults to low res.

    1. At 3:34 in the video he is showing the VIP book and a photo from the factory of the finished car just before delivery. He stated the carbon handles were a "factory option, installed in Italy...", yet in the final assembly photo, it has white handles.

    Now my nit picks;

    2. It has carbon fiber everywhere. I want to be the first to point out that exposed carbon fiber will eventually be played out and thus date a vehicle. Within a few years I predict it wont be very popular. Did I just buy a Carbon cup holder, yes, but would have rather had it in aluminum.

    3. The white piping is over the top for my personal preferences. I think piping should match the seats, but this is a good example of played out styling, in the 80s and 90s almost every Lamborghini had some contrasting piping on the seats, not I cringe when I see these interiors.

    Really? You can spec them as an option now from the factory, was it only ever retro fit? I know titanium handles have always been an option. VIP pictures are often of a completely different car, lucky it was the correct color car! :)

    Okay, two things:

    1. Carbon fiber door handles are a factory option, and;

    2. It's not unusual for the pictures in the VIP book to reflect a discrepancy. I know a guy who ordered an F430 from the factory with red calipers. He received pictures of the build, showing red calipers. But when he took delivery, his car had black calipers.

    My biggest issue is the blue interior and top. It may look great and it may look awful. I would have to see it in person.

    I know some of you go ga-ga over white but personally, IMO, white is a good color for Honda Civics. However, each to their own.
