  1. Flash, brash too much cash?

  2. Old, stuffy Army Officer type?

  3. Successful business-type who appreciates the finer things in life?

  4. Normal bloke who's saved up for years to fulfill a dream?

Lets get this point straight, i have no problem what so ever with Ferrari chat site.I was makeing my opinions felt about Ferrari owners club UK (who dont run ferrari i was a part of for a few years, and i saw what i saw,and fell asleep at.Clearly from another thread that was on this site, the Ferrari owners club UK are asking questions them selfs about there image. It is also clear that i am not alone in the way i think about the FOC UK.And i stress UK. Any way i dont want to fight anymore, going to Portugal tonight to expereance more driving freedom than we have here....Oh and Buken Wazza made the first personal attack and you will find i always respond to this. What got my goat is that i knew some one had to say "chip on shoulder" that responce is oh so typicl.

Gentlemen, before we get into petty bickering. We are all different we have no control over how other people view us or act about us but the one thing we have in common regardless of our skin colour or any other defining feature about us is our love of the Marque and surely that should be the point of this entire thread.
    Best regards

People in my experience think that Ferrari drivers are rich tos*ers.

I've never driven a car that has engendered so much 'negative feedback' from my fellow humans. Just two examples:

I had one bloke walk in front of the car in a busy town centre so I had to stop, who then proceeded to question my parentage in most unsavoury terms.

I even got given the wan*er sign by a 10 yr old lad when I was out in the 355 the other day.

    Sad, but true.

Back after my operation now and was interested in this thread.

After getting hold of my first ferrari (F355) just over a month ago, I knew that some people would always stick 2 fingers up at you if you clocked them at the traffic lights. It's just how our society generally is. I expect to encounter some of that nonsense at some stage. However, I parked up at Tesco's at the weekend, yes Tesco's, and I had some old bloke take a look and wanted to buy it off me. Some other geezer at the petrol station started asking all sorts of questions, but was polite. I bought one simply because I've always wanted one since the 355 came out in 1994. I couldn't afford one then, but after a lot of hard work, I made it affordable now and took the plunge. I grew up on a council estate, no real qualifications and all that, but with some hard graft I made it happen.

    Get out the violins...............

Look forward to meeting up with you guys during the year. That's if the car is nicked!!!

Isn't it a bugger how the mistake always gets made on the most crucial word... ! (I think an edit might be in order)
