thanks but ignition was tested and fine. The Porsche system is a bit different then the Ferrari, ive been down this road before aswell, as unreliable as this Ferrari system can be the Porsche system is 10 times worse from my experience anyway

You know this for sure or are you guessing?

Mine (2004) is newer than yours and I had the starter interlock and removed it successfully. Afterwards my battery lasted 2 weeks before the voltage dropped below 12.2v. Never done that before.

to my knowledge only the older models had that but im no Ferrari expert so going by your response i am wrong so you can just ignore that then. But as ive already said you can remove both immobiliser boxes from the car and it cranks 1,000,000% sure on THIS car and nothing has been bypassed or modified to do that. But anyway, thats got nothing to do with this immobiliser problem.

Check the engine lid is closed and also verify the engine lid switch is being depressed and functioning. 360 wont start with engine lid open

are you 100% sure about that? Ive been doing more research today and the immobiliser boxes do not seem to be monitoring the engine lid at all, only the front hood switch. From what i have found, the F1 gearbox is monitoring the engine lid and the car wont go into gear if the engine lid is open but it does not stop the car from starting at all, its just the gearbox. Again i could be wrong, but THIS car does not seem to be as you describe

I cant understand what cars have this and that which you read about on the net. its to confusing to keep up with all the features that differ from year to year, but this car definitely doesnt stop the engine from starting if the engine lid is open but it definitely wont go into gear if the engine lid is open as i have come across that before. Thanks for trying though, appreciate the help

Dude, don't take it the wrong way but there's more to these cars and people here incl me are genuinely trying to help you.

Cranking 1M times still does not mean every thing is ok (ECU green light to allow start). This is my understanding but I am also electron moron.
There is a 2 stage Immo system and one is under control of the other. When you blip the fob the first Immo ECU recognizes it and allows a signal to go to the second one to close a mechanical relay that would inhibit fuel until that relay is closed. If that relay had closed, car starts. If that relay failed then no fuel, no start.

    Ask me how I know.

Hence my suggestion to at least perform the mod to bypass that relay and remove it from your troubleshooting plan.

To the OP I've sent you a PM.

There are indeed multiple points of failure on these systems, I will walk you through how to check these if you get in touch.

Sorry I've been very busy working on the latest version of SAK so please get in touch via the traditional route of emailing or phoning AV Engineering.
The latest software has many new features and sports a full very powerful user interface to allow you to do all kinds of stuff you could only dream about before. Watch this space. Coming to a phone, tablet, browser and PC near you soon ;)

Are you referring to the relay inside the brand new immobiliser set that was installed?

"Technician rings me and says immobiliser system is faulty even though it appears to be working perfectly and i need new immobiliser and immobiliser interface boxes with new remote fobs so i say just do it and he does and then rings me and says after replacing everything the car is still doing the exact same thing, no changes at all"
