I have begun culling some books from my collection of Ferrari books acquired over the past 30+ years. Please let me know if you have any questions about any of them and if you would like to buy or make an offer.

1.LE FERRARI by Gianni Rogliatti, 1968

This is a massive and beautiful Italian language coffee table reference book on early Ferrari racing models, written by Gianni Rogliatti. The book was originally published in Rome in 1966. This is the final printing of the book, dated November1968. It was originally proofed by Enzo Ferrari himself, confirmed by copies of a letter from Ferrari that appeared with some very early copies (though not in this copy).

Condition: While it does not have its dust cover, it is in very good overall condition but for its spine binding, which has become partially detached along the spine. However, all pages are intact and none have separated from the book. Pages are in excellent condition. There is some very minor fading of the cloth cover (see photos). When laid flat, some very minor warping of the cover can be seen. However, if it were to be placed flat with weight on top of it for a period of time, it would most likely flatten out.

The 164 page book includes numerous gorgeous color prints, black and white photos, line drawings, and reference tables. Book measures 16" x 12". Ferrari automobile models covered in the book are as follows:

    125 S
    166 S
    125 F1
    21 Export
    375 F1
    500 F2

    3. FFERRARI: BEAUTY & DETAILS

    Photography by Everett Anton Singer
    Introduction by Stan Nowak

Limited Edition Published by Spyder Enterprises, New York 1985
    Copy# 2010 of 2500 published worldwideBook measures 12” x 12”

Condition: Very good overall condition. I bought this book from Chuck Jordan in the mid-1990s when he decided to sell some of the duplicates he had in his extensive collection of books about Ferraris. Visible flaws consist of very small chip in embossed book cover along one edge; some age spotting along page edges (only seen if turn closed book is turned sideways and looked at from above or below); and minor separation of cover spine noticeable only when book lays flat after it has been standing upright on shelf for years (i.e., minor settling along spine)(See photos of all of these flaws).
