Importing a US car BACK from Canadia?

    Hey, Guys

    I'm looking at a 2001 360 Spider in Canadia. It was delivered in 2001 to the original owner in Arizona. It had a recall in 2002. It was shipped to Canada in 2005.

    So, there is no way the car could have been registered in Canada 3 years after the recall without RIV getting a recall clearance letter.

    I want to bring it back to the US. Do I need a recall clearance letter from Ferrari North America or a Ferrari Dealer? Because I don't know the owner who brought it into Canada.

    Obviously, everything besides that is US spec.

    If it was imported and registered in Canada, there will be a RIV sticker somewhere attached in the door jams.

    Which province is it in currently?
