Came across this thread from a Google search but it was really helpful info as i'm just starting the process of importing a Maserati (2008) from the UK to the US. The whole process around obtaining a Certificate of Compliance seems to be challenging. I've been on the EPA website and have tried contacting Maserati customer service with no joy yet. Any specific tips around the most efficient way of getting a CoC to understand what modifications are going to be required to bring it into the US?
