    Hey guys,

    Over the last few years I have started doing a million things at once since I have a (somewhat) natural ability to multitask things...However, I've realized over the last while that my focus and concentration are not where they should be, and I:

    (1) get more easily distracted from any one thing that I'm doing;

    (2) am starting to take more and more to do task switching;

    (3) forget things (short term memory) quite easily -- think "I'm gonna do this activity in a second", then I forget what it was;

    I am sure some of you have come across this same issue and the biggest question and problem I have right now is how to balance multitasking (which I continue to need to do considering my lifestyle) and a high(er) efficiency in any one particular task.

    Any suggestions, are there exercises, mental 'tricks', etc. that can be done to improve in this area? Any good resources/books/etc.?

    Thanks a million,

    /Dan

    I make lists... all the time! Every night before bed, I make a list of the things I know I need to accomplish the next day. Often, I devide this list into work/home catagories.

    Shiny Side Up!
