Risi Competizione in their 488 set to run October 1 Petit LeMans at Road Atlanta along with Ferrari’s AF Corse team. Forza Ferrari and Risi Competizione and AF Corse!!! Wish I was there to walk the pits and check the race out. Road Atlanta is a cool place. I will be watching on TV and won’t miss a minute! Great to see Risi back. 2 additional 488s in GTD as well. IMSA just doesn't seem right without a Ferrari in the race. Anyone that hasn't been to Petit LeMans it is one of the best events of the year. I will be there all weekend if anyone else is going.

I thought Risi sold FOH ? so assuming he's still running under that banner? wonder if he will continue on next year? I'm going tomorrow = seems like the weather will be good.

No, they didn't. They got hit with a penalty involving driver time and got demoted to 7th. It seems that the strategy malaise that has affected the Ferrari F1 team this year has made its way to Risi's team....

Yep..had enough point still being penalized down to 7th. Anyway looking forward to seeing how the 296GT does next year. The 488 had an awesome run over the years.
Awesome job by Gradient. Its amazing how much the forecast changed. I was close to cancelling my reservations and not going because of Ian. We got like 3 min of drizzle on Friday but that was it. Absolutely perfect weather for the main race on Sunday. I somehow managed to walk almost 35 miles across the 3 days I was there and took nearly 10K photos. Tim to start editing..
