In LA now, just a few questions

hey guys, finally arrived last night, and went cruising sunset yesterday, but i find it too cliche, it's like everyone who visits goes there, can you guys help me find what im looking for?


: areas where there are new condo developments, am i crazy expecting a new condo at 300k? is there any new dev. near beach cities? such as manhattan beach or redondo? < i like those areas.

: housing areas with new home development, not more than 2.5 mill around there, this is for my parents, trying to show that we can sell our house and move straight here


: another cruise spot besides sunset? i have a rental 300 and don't mind driving around, after all i'm trying to see if i can live here.


: and clubs, listen, i don't know anyone here, don't have hookups and not going to act like a baller to get in, where is there a place where i can get in with not too much trouble and see the cali nightlife, especially the womenz



last thing, any nice dealerships that have a nice collection of cars? old and new? thanks, i'm in l.a now about 20 to sunset, thanks


oh and where can i find a veyron? i want to see one before i leave

hopefully i'll move here in a year or two
