    just got this dvd le mans documentary from speedgear.com and couldnt have been more disappointed. they compare it to steve mcqueens lemans and couldnt be more off target.

    it chronicals british driver and team owner martin short's attempt at the 06 race. could have been excellent but main focus is not about the actual race. when they do finally get to the race, they concentrate on work in the pits and not on the track. the only track video they show is weirdly speeded up and has a terrible techno soundtrack.

    im still waiting for the new can am dvd and i sure hope its better than this one was

    Wow, glad you pointed this out.

    There is a 'Lap of the Gods' 2 DVD set out, but it's a compilation of all of the ELF camera car footage made over the years, from all the different ELF sponsored cars at all of the GP circuits.

    Better make sure which one I get.
