Ok I have already removed all the air injection tubing, the air injection plugs, diverter valve air pump all of the main parts of the system, I have the plugs in the heads all of that is covered.

Heres the question, These electronic valves that are on the Left hand side of the engine that all the vacuum lines run to... what do I do about these if they are no longer needed, It seems that they work together with manifold pressure and I would need to plug one fitting on the manifold.

Just looking for some help on this so I know for sure I can eliminate these valves and plug up the holes where they go, And what do I do with the wiring that hooked up to them

The photo is from when I was tearing this down but it is a good shot of the 2 If I can clean the area up of these that would be great

Whatever vacuum line you disconnect, make sure you mark them and Plug them real good making sure there's NO vacuum leak.

    John,

How the $@#&% did you get to the 5-8 bank to remove the air injectors and disconnect the rail? I cannot see getting in there without removing the engine and there MUST be an "easier" way.

Also, can I assume you are back from the "Sand Box" for good or on R&R? Either way, glad to see you back.

One of 'em controls the EGR the other controls the "diverter thing" for the air injection. You can just remove them if you've removed all these components. Looks like you still have the air injection "diverter thing" on there which you can remove.

The one on the other side of the engine (not pictured) is for one of the fast idle bypass components.

    cheers

I am back from the sand box and back home for now I will deploy again in about a year..

As for the rear bank I removed the header and was able to reach up and take them out, but I needed to remove it anyway.
