Hi all...pulled out Bobs book on Pebble Beach to look something up and in the front cover was another copy of the program from the first historics, this one with the handout given to the drivers...schedule and classes. I'm attaching those pertinent to this forum. Mary Hoe and Dave Love were in 1031GT and 0754 TR. The 412 MI is easy...After this i'm sure someone here can fill in the rest. The SWB of DeMartino i'm posting another photo of it in the SWB thread from when Dad painted it in the early 70's...

Chuck Queener was offered to drive 2 Ferraris up to Monterey for that first Historics. Offer from Steve Earle was for his GTO and the other was from Ken Starbird for his Comp Daytona. Ken used his Comp Daytona regularly on the streets, licensed and with open exhaust.

I've driven comp Daytonas on the street. They arent that loud. Phil Reilly used to talk about driving a D Jag up to Lake Tahoe with his skis in it on a ski trip. Just had to dress warm.
