There's Grand Touring in Laurel Maryland-great cars, top notch work but long waits to get in (I've waited 2-3 months of "maybe next week phone calls" before giving up)
European Service Center in Leesburg, VA. Patrick a very good ferrari mechanic (FOW rec.) Usually able to get cars in and out in a timely fashion. If your car needs a $10 speedo cable your bill won't include a full dashboard/gauge restoration.
FOW is also a good resource and since they will sometimes come pick up a broken car in their cool red panel truck a good number to have in your cell phone. There isn't really a cheap place to get the car fixed (correctly) anyway
