After trying two different, well respected independents, neither of which could solve an engine managment problem, the dealer solved the problem in 4 hours. I will not go elswhere.

 

The key to an independent tech shop's ability to properly diagnose Ferrari technical issues correctly is the requirement that they have an SD3 computer, or at least an SD2 to be able to diagnose 360's and earier

Call Larry @ Ferrari Technology in the city of Orange (714) 639-1706...he services my 97 456gta. I highly recommend him as he fixed the common 456 window gap issue that the "factory fix" did not resolve. He is a nice guy too.

 

I agree, Ferrari Technologies serviced my 360 coupe and i had a great experience with Larry. He's honest and reasonable. Actually going to take my 360 spider to him this week for the convertible top. On thing is that he does not list himself anywhere, he says he likes to stay small and private. I was happy to have found him.

 

I would recommend GMG Motosports. Ask for James or Fabryce. They have been servicing Ferrari for years.
