Anybody have any suggestions? Had two fans on either end of the room, one set to bring air in and the other to exhaust, but that just makes it colder in the winter resulting in the furnace turning on more.

I'm trying to find either a good standalone, or preferably, something that can go inline with (or suck air before/after) the furnace.

Pool size is 12x24 if it matters.

We have the same issues. The best solution is just to cover the entire pool so it doesn't evaporate. Then a simple small unit should suffice. Let it drain into the pool and open the door or windows when you can. Let me know if it works. BTW, we hardly use our pool so I don't even know what would happen if you keep it heated.
