    Pretty good Indy lights race.

The pit stop competition was fun, even if they're hugely slower than F1.
(But the cast-of-thousands F1 pit crews wouldn't even fit in the space they used for the Indy competition. ;))

I'm thinkin' pasta for dinner, for "carb" day. :p

Hugely slower because they actually add fuel and have half as many people over the wall. Unlike F1. Just sayin'...

They didn't actually add fuel in the pit competition, but yes, they use far fewer people on a stop.

They've been having trouble with the stops all year. In addition to the issues with the aero packages around the rear wheels, it seems they've upgraded to new wheel nuts with double the number of threads as last. (About three turns last year and seven turns this year.)

More people than I've seen in a long time at carb day. I was at the track this morning at 7:30 and people were already lining up for autographs. the entire courtyard was FILLED with people. By the time I left, i could barely get from the garages to the parking lot.

looks like it's going to be a great event.
