    Short version:
    I reorder USGP tickets last July. I make them Will Call since I had just moved and didn't trust the USPS to forward them.

    Fastforward through Katrina. I leave them on will call since the USPS is worthless post-Katrina.

    Now its May, and I think, "I'll call and see if I can get them mailed since things are getting back to normal now". They say just fax a letter with the old address and new address and sign it and they'll get them right out to me. Now I moved from 514 Fairlawn Dr to 516 Fairfield Ave.

    Anybody see where I'm going with this?

    Today I call and ask where are my tickets. I'm told, "Oh, we got your fax, but thought it was a typo with the streets so we just sent them to the old address" WHAT!!!!!???????!!!!!!!??????? I say OK, just reprint new ones for me and FedEx them. "Oh, I'm sorry, we don't do that. Just fly up here and we'll write a note that will get you in the gate." WHA WHA WHAT???!!!?!?!?!!?!?!?

    Anybody interested in buying $470 worth of extra tickets I had and getting just a little note that SHOULD get you in?

    ARGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Any ideas on how to proceed? I'm thinking of making them refund all of the tickets, my airfare, and hotel and spending my 10th wedding anniversary (June 29th) at home instead. :(

    just go to the front office and pick them up at will call. the ladies at the office are fast, efficient and sympathetic. remember it's heartland usa. people can still be trusted.

    Wow thats crazy. You could contact the new owners and hope that there not F1 fans and they will forward them to you. Im not sure how far away you moved but you could always knock on the door and ask

    I wish I could. There are NO tickets at the office.

    I did this. He says he has not seen them. (They were supposedly mailed 1 June)

    My point exactly. I'm sure I would have absolutely NO problem getting through the gauntlet of Rhodes Scholars at the gates all the way to my seats.

    I call again this morning, and will post their response. :(

    Well after presenting my options to them, it turns out that they CAN reprint tickets after all, and they will UPS overnight them for tomorrow. PHEW!!!!!! A ton of stressing out could have been saved by telling me they can and would reprint them on the first call.

    Thanks again for the offers of tickets and suggestions!!

    This will work....don't miss the race seeing Michael #1 again but this year a full field chasing him.
