With both Dario and Will starting on row 1, it should be interesting to see who takes the lead.

Yep. Hope I don't spoil anyone's F1 watching but I'm sure Dario is hoping for a better day than cousin Paul had.

Robert Herjavec of Shark Tank was the "start your engines" guy and he was decked-out in Ferrari hat and shirt. I'm sure the Indy guys loved that.

I still like the Indy Car races, but I am getting very sick and tired about those "Mix-them-up" yellow flags.
Quite often the fastest guys get screwed.
Please explain me why a simple spin (not this particular race), where the car gets going on its own power grants a 6 laps full course yellow. On the other hand we have F-1 pulling the cars off the track in 1/2 lap without safety car.
IndyCar is becoming the WWF of racing.

Following the NASCAR model of show over sport
    becomes a very slippery slope.

Dating to the CART days, the Toronto circuit has
lent itself to multiple-multiple multi-car incidents,
extended yellows and as you correctly point out,
six lap full-course cautions for a simple spin where
the car is able to move on it's own power.

My interest has fallen off to IRL levels lately, the last
race I watched all the way through was the 500 and the
only reason I hung in with that was due to Sato-san's
    great run.

    Getting that "meh" feeling again...

    Glad I missed the race.
