I will be getting married this upcoming July 2 and will be doing a European honeymoon. Of course, I cannot go to Europe during F1 season without attending a few GPs. I have convinced my wife-to-be to go to at least one, maybe two races. The French and British GPs fall squarely within our calendar.

If any local F-Chatters have info on logistics of getting to these tracks, I would appreciate it. We plan on staying in Paris and London during our trip, and specifically need to know what methods there are of reaching the track from these cities (eg. bus, drive, train, etc) and how far they are to determine if its feasible. Or, if staying at a hotel nearer to the tracks would be a better solution. I plan on only attending race days, no qualifying or practice.

Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance...

    Hello Ernesto,

    About Magny-Court location :

    http://www5.mappy.com/sid8+eUmtdQt+bMn21w/CFGT?anchor=0&option=0&sel=europe&csl=i1%2Cv1%2Cv2%2Cv3%2Ci2&fsl=i1%2Cv1%2Cv2%2Cv3%2Ci2&gsl=i1%2Cv1%2Cv2%2Cv3%2Ci2&isl=i0&xsl=2&out=2&issl=i1&iesl=i2&ivsl1=v1&ivsl2=v2&ivsl3=v3&imult=0&iveh=&isveh=&wni1=&wci1=&noi1=&tni1=paris&tci1=&a10i1=&pci1=&cci1=250&wni2=&wci2=&noi2=&tni2=magny+court&tci2=&a10i2=&pci2=&cci2=250&imode=0&image.x=21&image.y=12

=> Magny Court is 257 km from Paris but 95% of highways wich means you can do it in 2 1/2 hours by car and I think it's the best way to do it.

If you want to buy tickets, this seems to be the place :

You can also call here :

    Renseignements et réservations : +33 821 74 11 11

They probably will give you more information there.

If you need any information about your stay in Paris, please feel free to PM me.
