Inspection help?

Ok, I've been hanging around about a year now! I have read and learned tons of information on this board. So, here's my trigger question. I've been looking at 355's for about a year and there is a 1995 with 26k on the clock that was for sale about 7 months ago. I watched with great anticipation, and a bit of apprehension as it was bought by a lucky buyer in PA. Well low and behold, its back on the market with 29K. The second owner had it about six month and its now back at the dealer, Paul Herman Motor Cars in Buffalo. "SOLD IT TO A CUSTOMER OUT OF PITTSBURGH PA AND JUST RECENTLY PURCHASED IT BACK FROM HIM DUE TO JOB RELOCATION. " This would be my first!!!!

In obtaining a PPI, where and who in the Buffalo area could do this?

IF you know anything about this vehicle or dealer, any information would be appreciated. Is there an F-chat member in the area that might be able to put eyes on this auto?

Paul sent me a message about refinishing the HVAC panel so it would seem that needs replaced at the least...Love the green on it.... Build Date is December 1994

 

1994 build date is faster than all the rest!!!!!
