    Hello,

I'm moving to Midlothian from out of state and I'll need to have my 308 inspected for a new registration, do any of you guys/gals have a recommendation for a specific location? or will any place do?

Thanks and hopefully I'll be able to go to the Heights Charity Car Show on the 12th.

I had my inspection done at Park Place Porsche/Benz on Lemmon Ave in Dallas. They were very courteous and cautious with the car. They're accustomed to having high end vehicles in and out of the shop so that put my mind at ease a bit.

I saw this, and I have a place I use, but you'll be in a different county, and I dont really know anyone in Midlothian. Also, that's a bit of a drive from Midlothian to North Dallas. Not impossible, but not convenient either. Hopefully some of the Ft Worth people can chime in.

If this car is over 25 years old, then they do not have to do the emissions tests. So, you can pretty much go to any ordinary state inspection center locally and get a sticker.

The problems come from cars less than 25 years old but which do not have an OBD2 system. Most of the small inspection centers can only do emissions on the OBD2.
