    That is a big amp....and back to the opposite thing, I used 2 2x100 amps instead of a 4x100. I put a couple tweekers on the dash and an 8" sub in the passenger foot well....with the 8" I only lost 1/2" of passenger leg room.

    I know this is off point, are you running an E6 or E11? I had my E6 on the left side of the trunk for a couple years with no problem, but the E11 doesn't seem happy about it....but I've heard the E11s had heat problems that they just got sorted out in the pst few months. Plus my car had a fire a few years ago and all the insulation is gone from the trunck, so my trunch is probably a lot hotter than yours is...but the E6 and MDS have been fine in there.
