Instructions on removing 458 seat back panel?

Looking to remove the seat back panel on my 458 driver seat. the seat back seems a little loose and wanted to see if I can make it better. I can shift the seat back forward about an inch at the pivot point where i cannot do it on the passenger seat. It is almost as if the leather section is not attached to the internal frame (if there is one).
