    How exactly to loosen the two connectors in the back of the instrument cluster unit? There is most likely a locking pin in the middle top of each connector but how to open? I pressed here and there carefully but can’t get them loose. Pls advice needed.

    There are tabs that you press down at the top of connectors. The connectors are quite tight in so you have to press and pull with a bit of effort.

    It just inserts straight in. Remove carefully by pulling it straight out. Should not require much effort.
