    Hi all

    Just a thought.

If I keep my UK registered F car in France most of the time can I still insure it in the UK as it is on UK plates or do I need to register over here which I do not want to do for various reasons.

    I have a UK address.

    Thanks for your thoughts.

Its been four years since I did this but NFU (National Farmers Union) insured both my UK registered cars while I lived and worked in Europe from 2000 to 2008. As far as I know there were the only British ins co to allow 365 days abroad coverage. I don't know if they still provide this service though
