Hi Guys, Looking to see what some of you are getting charged as a 6 mo premium with full coverage, 250k for a 2000 360 spider and looks like the quote is $4,300 for a 6 mo premium any suggestions on providers?
Well it all depends where you are and obviously your driving record, But try Travelers I think I am paying 2k a year including my wife's SUV (100/300/100 and 500 deductible for both collision and comprehensive) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
this is widely discussed...it really varies depending on your age, zip code, number of cars ,which insurance companies, type of insurance etc. Cost can go as little as $400 to $4000. For a 2000 360, shop around a bit more. 4k seems high
1200/year, both the Z06 and 360 through Grundy. My Crossfire, CX-5 and Silverado altogether are around 1800/year through Geico. The biggest factor in Collector's insurance is agreed value of the cars, and it's the biggest difference in regular insurance. If I insured the Ferrari and Z06 through Geico also it would have been about 4000/yr. I'm also 36 and live in a country-assed part of North Georgia (and love it). Your age and location probably have a lot to do with it.
I use AAA (though I am thinking about switching) and pay about 800 per year on my 360 in a country part of Northern Va and am 33. That rate seemed high to me, but maybe is not crazy based on what some other folks are saying.
I have GEICO on my 3 vehicles and my 360 is only about $1k a year. I checked with Grubdy and it was relatively inline
I pay $1,400 a year for my F430. 35 years old in the DC area, clean record. I also have my Lexus on the policy.
My guess is your age is killing you. I pay $3600/year in Dallas for a brand new Huracan. My 360 was at least half that, but insurance in TX is higher than a lot of states.
I knew I had a problem when my car insurance hit $12,000 a year. Hello, my name is TF, and I'm a car addict.
Hi everyone please reach out to Neal Patel at NBP Insurance , here is Neal's information linked to my website , he has well over 300 Ferraris insured for owners, you will be very satisfied with his service and agreed value pricing 🏁 Mike Insurance
$1200/year, agreed value (95k), 6k miles/year, Infinity Insurance. Just turned 53 and live in Oregon.
I pay around $65 / month for my 360. Yup sixty-five dollars, didn't miss a digit. Full coverage $300k Allstate. Multi-car discount for sure on my end. I think I'm not considered old or a veteran driver by insurance underwriters yet. . Early 30's here.
$900 per year agreed value of $109k, Travellers. 46 years old in Northern Va. clean driving record. Multiple cars.
Contact Grundy Worldwide for a collector policy with agreed value. As long as you are not daily driving the car, this is one of the better deals around. And with agreed value, there is no dispute process if the car is totaled.
I have Farmers (premium determination vehicule), agreed value 133k, only car under this policy. $1000/year, in LA, 36, clean driving record. The only catch is the car needs a certified appraisal every 3 years ($350 first time by my appraiser, $150 to re-certify), and the car has to be older than 9 years old, so newer models wont qualify. 250/500, $500 ded
