I've got nothing for you. My brother was in the same position, gave up cars and rode a motorcycle solo for a few years until his record cleared up. He drives more normal now, hasn't had a ticket in years.

Is there any way to put the cars into a trust or business and have the business be insured?

Owners of legitimate businesses that spend a lot on insurance can be accommodated, even with bad driving records. Establishing a front will not work, because underwriters still ask who will be driving the cars and will pull records. You are not going to be able to ditch your record. Score is kept for a reason. Your tab has come due.

Self insure. Make sure you don't own anything ;) You'll need to file a bond with the state.

Someone will always be willing to insure a high-risk driver. For a price.

    For instance:
You've just had your fourth accident in the past 12 months and you've received notice that your insurance company is canceling your auto insurance. After checking with other insurance companies, you find that none will insure you. Where do you go now?

Unfortunately, the news is not good. You can continue trying to buy a policy with other auto insurers, of course. But if that fails, in most cases you'll need to get insurance from your state's insurer of last resort, which is also known as the 'Assigned-Risk Pool'

My experience is 'this is your last resort'.
    Good Luck!

The assigned risk pool is for liability only and covers only the state's minimum required limits. It is truly the market of last resort. If forced to go that route, contact one of the specialty carriers to cover the physical damage to the autos.

If you've had your fourth accident in 12 months you probably shouldn't be driving.

As mentioned you can get insurance if your willing to pay the price. Word of advice 'slow your roll and start driving like an adult' that will help alot.

    Good luck,
