    Was thinking that but then I have to try and guess the RAL color to keep it as close to original color, do you know a color code? I don't even know if its silver or grey. :confused:

    Vale covers different story, red crinkle power coat easy, desert red.

    VHT wrinkle black, with the appropriate application method, will replicate the OE texture. Top-coat with a color-match for the silver-gray.

    yes the old Ferrari way I believe as well, I think silver over red wrinkle it was.

    I'm wondering how they would look just bare stripped down raw aluminum. as blasted kind of look.
    I've been thinking the same on the cam covers as well.

    Seen it, looks fine. But it will get dirty and it won't clean. Trick is powercoat clear coat over the bead blast.
