Interest in a one-off BRM watch?

Through Speed Digital and BRM Partner Frederic Gasser we have the opportunity to do a numbered very limited edition custom designed watch only available here.

• We have the ability to custom design ourselves (design below is the preliminary). Potential real customer feedback welcome.
• Very limited run each watch individually numbered. Initial idea is 10, but may be 5 or 20 after further feedback.
• Although only available through FerrariChat, we don't want to limit the future value of this watch by personalizing it for FerrariChat or you, although each person is welcome to have the factory do some personalization.
• This edition will be name inspired by one of the old Italian races that Enzo Ferrari participated in. Vintage racing meets the modern world. We will not infringe on Ferrari's or anyone elses rights.

Preliminary Specs:

• Chronograph-automatic, movement based on Eta Valjoux 7753 hardly modified in house.
• Skeleton dial
• 46mm titanium case with black PVD
• Crystal sapphire front and back
• Screw down crown
• 6 shock absorbers (3 vertical and 3 horizontal) - those are active and protect the movement from any type of impact.
• All parts are made from one single bloc of metal all CNC in house and assembled by hand in our manufacture in France.
• Water resistant up to 100 meters (365 feet)
• Warranty 3 years
• Retail: $18,750.00

We're very serious about moving forward with this watch. We're gauging the initial demand, refining the design, and immediately reserving spots for the individual numbers. Once the watch is finalized for production we'll take a 50% deposit (+/-) and then the remaining when delivered (apx 4-8 weeks). If you want to soft reserve a spot please send me the available number you are interested in. Final production count will be determined before deposit required (unlike Ferrari) and if it changes from 10 those who reserved first will be allowed first choice to change to an available number.

Is there any feedback on the design? We are going to send a FerrariChat email on it 26th or 27th and then after a couple weeks start first production.

the cues I sent BRM were some vintage racing Ferrari photographs like classic wood steering wheels, classic wheels. I was going for a more vintage look and they ended up going with a more modern flare. If those buying like as is then we leave as is, there is room before production for some redesign though. FYI we couldn't infringe on any Ferrari rights.

we can not do a Ferrari logo as that's protected. what you do with the watch after us is not in our control. we may be able to do some other customizations for you a little more red than Italian slant?
