To each their own. I posted a photo of this car previously. It looks like someone wanted a gallardo.

What was suppose to be a get away in a remote corner of the world to witness natures beauty now becomes a crying shame. After a trip to the drug store, I am calm enough to write this. These pictures bring me tears. The Kenai River will rise. The Prince Willian Sound will be less salty.

Guys I beg you, do not touch your 355 cosmetically. No car exists today more proportioned. It is the final draft. the climax, the end game. It is the winning goal. It is near perfect visually (Spider). There is little anyone can do to make it look better. You don't tell Dolly she needs a boob job. You don't tell a bikini model to cover up. So why do you want to butcher your 355? That body kit! I am emotionally scared from this moment on. :(

P.S. get a second, third and forth opinion before you add kits to your 355. Thanks

RM 488,888.00 or USD 115,000.00. However, this is not really comparable with the prices in Europe or US as the taxes on high cc. (luxury) cars are very high in Malaysia.

That car is hott. Very nice aero kit. Don't put somebody down because they did their car the way they like it. It's fine for some to have the same car as 20 other guys if you want to be like everyone else. But some of us like things the way we like then. Are are not afraid to be different

Aesthetics are debatable, but at least from a distance the quality of a one-off creation is pretty impressive. That must have taken quite a few hours/days/months of effort to produce. On the other hand, bet those new wheels and tires did not improve the ride quality...

Each to their own. Personally I think the F355 is one of the prettiest cars ever and it does not need this cheap looking tat.
His/her car though and not mine.

Haha...brings back memories. I have had a gen 2 MR2 since 1991 and when I finally took the plunge and bought a Ferrari 348 and brought it home my wife's first comment was "it looks just like your MR2". Ouch!

    Tommygun,
We are not questioning the idea of being different. I am questioning individual’s understanding of what being “different” is. While the idea promotes individualism, breaking out the mold or thinking outside the box in a positive light, the outcome doesn’t alway shine. Furthermore, example above has little to do with being “different”. Altering a near perfect object like a 355 to make it look like a flavor of the year equal derivative in my opinion is distasteful. It’s like telling your kids we are going to the zoo but end up at Costco in Torrance. Sure it’s a zoo atmosphere but not the same.

Everyone has choices. Most of us know about the cost associated with the 355 engine out service and the gremlins hidden in its electronics . Yet, we purchase a 355 anyway. That makes us the 1% er. And being the 1%er comes with responsibilities. Individual actions reflect on the group as a whole. Before you decide to alter your 355, remember your decision will reap pain to the group. I was in a comma for a week after seeing those pics. My suggestion, if you want to cover up your “squeeze” every time she ventures in public, don’t date a bikini model. Thanks for listening :)
