No interior pics...could be trouble. Engine rebuild? Scary!

    90k miles in 37 years.

    2,400 miles a year.

    200 a month.

I bet it was even driven in the rain. :(

Nice entry into Ferrari world. Would love to Find a 355 at that price or less for same miles and good history. My 348 Spider was 60k Miles, no belt service 7 years. Ran like a top. Sold for $35k

Wouldn’t necessarily be concerned with the miles if you’ve got service records. It does beg the question however, why an engine rebuild? Maybe to address excessive oil consumption for some of that model year? From the available pictures, looks like it was loved and well taken care of. Nice color combo!

I'd be interested in the experience with Gullwing. from what I know he buys a lot of cars for restoration vs. ones you can drive. He had a Rolls Royce I was interested in couple of years ago, but when I saw it ... lets say not so much.

    That's an odd VIN placement...I had a 1977 22127 ..oh wait...I still own it.

Then, I sold a 1977 22641, to user articlighting, (Gullwing was involved) who is well underway will total resto.

Lots of odd things happen with Ferrari VINs....I sold two of mine to Peter he is a stand up dealer, in my experience.

    See below..
He made a fair offer on my multiple projects, and then told me "Go stand in the Bank Lobby I am sending the wire"....:D

He still has the 1976 #20405, to my knowledge.
One of the first steel cars in North America by my VIN number watching thru the years...

+ 1 for Peter Kumar - Sold him my steel 1976 GTB - red/tan (20425) mileage 92,000 - Sent me a check - After it cleared he sent a flat bed to pick it up. Good price, stress free sale. From what I understand his "day job" is owning NYC real estate - the fun job is the car business.

Yeah I think they got stock number and VIN number mixed up since they are shown as the same. No way a 1980 car is a 22174. My early '78 was 23421.
