    I've been looking for a 308 and have noticed that sometimes the color of the tan interior is very pale in some cars. Is this the result of bleaching or cleaning? If so, how does this affect value.

    The tan fades badly. Also if anyone has redyed it they often miss on the color. Ours had a mixture of both. Generally what really effects value is the leather condition. Few ever notice the fading. Redye jobs can drive the price down unless they are really well done and by that I mean one of the jobs that you just cant tell and those are rare.
