Those of you that have sat/driven/owned both... would you say that the 348/355 have more interior room than the 328/308s? Focus on peddal spacing... I know they are pretty close on the 328/308s and point to the center of the car.

Interior is more roomy on 348. No great deal of difference in the pedals area.

Would you say the 348 is similar in size to the 355?

348's have a little more headroom than 328's and are wider. Leg room about the same, pedal setup about the same. You should know, however, that if you get a TS model, legroom in the 348 with the roof stowed behind the seats is very minimal. 355 is basically the same car as 348 in dimensions. Body panels actually interchange.

I've owned all 3 and would say the 348 is definitely roomer than the 328/308. I didn't notice much difference in the pedal spacing between models. BTW if you need a good A/C the 348 is much better than the 328/308 models.

I'll need a good A/C being in Texas. I guess the question is 348 or 355? Any recommendations? I guess biggest difference is going to be the price tag?

The 348 and the 355 have the same body/shell. The exteriors are the same except for some body panels. The interior space is virtually identical.

If anything, the 355 might have a little more legroom for the passenger, but I can't be sure on this.
