I've just returned home from a 2,000 mile road trip in my GT4 and on the whole, it behaved impeccably. However, it does have an intermittent issue, usually when running at higher speeds for a period of time. If I'm running at a steady throttle and then very slightly open the throttle, it will, on occasion, hesitate and then spit 3-4 times before clearing. I can't be certain that it is spitting through the carbs, but that's what it sounds like. It doesn't seem to do it when the engine is under load or when the throttle is constantly changing e.g. on fast roads that require numerous throttle and gear changes. Any ideas or suggestions?
