Any suggestions for Internet sites that sell Ferrari apparel, memorbilia, or models. Some sites are reasonable and others charge $200 for a pair of shoes. This might be especially helpful since Christmas/Hanukkah is coming up. Thanks in advance.

There is the official Ferrari Store website however orders can get pricey with the current exchange rate and they ship by Fedex.

    This store customer service sucks

They are the only website I know that doesn't have a phone number to call customer service. Further they have responded to one of three emails I've sent them. They never responded to the customer service form I sent through their website.

Good luck if you have any issues with them.

The Ferrari website is incredibly slow and the people working it are quite amateur. It's too bad as one would think you could buy easily from 'the source'.

FYI - we've purchased many things from the website (www.ferraristore.com)and never had a problem and always had email promptly answered. Stuff always arrives very quickly.

Ferrari Store: a wonderful idea,..... on paper! In practice it's not really as flashy as it looks! Mostly very friendly hostesses, but they don't have a clue about what they 're selling! Ideal for 'windowshopping', then buy where it's cheaper!
