Hello, FerrariChat.com Community I would first and foremost like to thank you for taking the time to read this thread. My name is Tim. I currently own a highly modified Toyota supra (600rw+), and a Range Rover for DD and off-road duty. The supra is really setup for the road course more than a dragster or freeway monster, but make no mistake, it holds its own on both. I've been recently researching the 360, 550M, and Gallardo, I'm yet to really make up my mind. I've talked with TVR about importing a Sagaris, however they don't seem too fond of the idea. Hello to everyone on the forums, I look forward to talking with you. Thanks, Timothy Swearingen [Edited by moderator to remove commercial content.]
You drive your old 360, bring back those fond memories, I will follow in my next 430, yours!!! LOL Mike
I can't do it...you know that!!! I know of another 430 spyder that has been ordered by a "Couve" local...stay focused on your spyder Mike!! Leave that "Old Guys" 430 for me!
What's this "old guys" crap,Wyatt????? I may just have to whip your ass!! Bring it on!! PS Danger zone ---Left hook is still potent!
It may just be a good match...me in a wheelchair and you on oxygen!! Maybe the 430 could be the winners prize?? Give it some thought...as long as you can remember what the thought was!? Have a good day guys, Ron Kramer
You know that saying "Old Age and Treachery Beat Youth and Skill"...... well that's Marty. Watch out for him
I'd like to set up some sort of meet in the near future, I'll provide drinks and steak or something of the sort.
"goos"--oldster slang for good, or just an indication that he can't tickle the keyboard like he use to???
Is it because of the stiffer safety laws we have here? It would be pretty cool to see a Sagaris around town. Something way different. Anyways welcome to the site!!
TVR had a bag of excuses; I seemed to be able to nullify them by corporate business allotments as I can get emission and safety exception by special title, mileage and location requirements among other resources. TVR however did not want to be part of it, regardless of what exceptions I am eligible for. I just wasnt sure how much I wanted to blow on a car I've never seen, driven, or so much as rode in and have no sort of endorsement or go ahead from the manufacture. I honestly dont know if its worth all the hassle of purchasing one in a foreign country and importing it myself with TVRs opposition to my acquisition. It'd sure be fun to have one though.
