I'm not an iPad owner; never been. With that being said, I really like the iPad Mini and I can see it fitting in my life. I wanted to pre-order one, but I decided to wait. I'll probably pick one up after the holidays. I can't decide between 16GB or 32GB. I'll probably save some cash and go with the 16GB, because I'm worried that next year it will be upgraded with a Retina Display.
It's a great device and I rarely use my laptop outside of the office. I'm disappointed that my iPad 3 was obsolete within 6 months of buying it. The biggest change being the doc connector.
Im sticking with my iPad 2 for now, dont see enough change to justify the upgrade. I for one prefer the larger size as both the full size and the mini are too small to stick in a pocket, so if I have to carry it I might as well get a bigger screen. I read on it as well and dont think Id like the smaller screen for that.
